Trade Finance Global is delighted to announce the launch of our Women in Trade, Treasury & Payments 2024 digital campaign, in honour of International Women’s Day on March 8, 2024. This occasion serves to commemorate the remarkable social, economic, cultural, and political accomplishments of women worldwide.
The campaign will commence with an exclusive, female-only, in-person event at The Lansdowne Club, London, where we will unveil this important initiative and honour the achievements of women in Trade, Treasury, & Payments.
TFG’s exclusive, in-person event will celebrate 80 women in the Trade, Treasury & Payments industry, from over 13 countries. The digital campaign showcases 76 women, representing more than 30 countries.
The theme of this year’s event is “Inspire Inclusion”, and the wide range of representation for this campaign helps us honour the diversity of backgrounds and stories of all the women in our industry.

The latest Global Gender Gap report from the World Economic Forum (WEF) highlights that achieving full gender parity remains a distant goal, with an estimated 131 years still needed to bridge the gap entirely.
No country has yet to attain complete gender equality.
In line with IWD’s #InspireInclusion, we reaffirm our dedication to breaking barriers, challenging biases, recognising the unique needs for equality, and ensuring that all voices are not only heard but embraced. Inclusion stands as the cornerstone of a society that embraces diversity, and it is incumbent upon us to actively champion inclusivity in every aspect of life.
This year, we are spotlighting the achievements of exceptional women who have excelled in the fields of trade, treasury, & payments. We not only celebrate their accomplishments across our digital platforms but also urge all allies to step forward and highlight the achievements of their colleagues.
