ETR Digital, a London-based technology company specialising in working capital solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with US firm Calculum to help corporate clients optimise their financial supply chains.
The collaboration, which launches on Tuesday 11 March, combines ETR Digital’s digital negotiable instruments (DNI) technology with Calculum’s AI-powered analytics platform to help businesses release trapped working capital and improve cash conversion cycles.
Calculum’s ADA Platform enables organisations to benchmark themselves against competitors, using artificial intelligence to analyse supplier payment terms, debt costs, and sustainability metrics. This provides clients with data-driven insights to negotiate more favourable payment terms.
ETR Digital contributes its DNI technology, which creates secure, transferable digital bills of exchange and promissory notes. These instruments aim to address inefficiencies in traditional trade and supply chain finance while improving liquidity.
This collaboration could provide businesses with financial flexibility by diversifying traditional funding sources.
Karel Krejci, Head of Working Capital Advisory Excellence at Calculum, said, “Calculum is excited to join forces with ETR Digital. Together, we will empower businesses to unlock the full potential of their financial supply chains and achieve sustainable growth.”
Dominic Broom, CEO of ETR Digital, described the partnership as “transformational” for corporate treasurers worldwide.
