The FCI Academy is proud to announce that it will be hosting a workshop in conjunction with the FCI CEE & SEE Regional Conference. The workshop is scheduled to take place on 24 October 2024 in the beautiful city of Prague, Czech Republic. This year, the workshop will be centred around the theme of “Legal Matters in Factoring & Supply Chain Finance.”
This year’s workshop will thoroughly examine the intricate legal aspects of factoring and supply chain finance, featuring detailed sessions conducted by leading industry experts.
Attendees will gain insights into the FCI General Rules for International Factoring (GRIF) and their application in international trade, along with an exploration of the Unidroit Model Law on Factoring, which harmonises legal procedures on a global scale. The workshop will also offer valuable guidance on how to balance operational efficiency with legal compliance in supply chain finance agreements.
