Get startedWith the backing of the Polish State Treasury, KUKE has been insuring Polish commercial transactions and exports since 1991. KUKE is also part of the Group of the Polish Development Fund – financial and advisory institutions for entrepreneurs, local governments and private persons, whose goal is investments supporting the sustainable social and economic development of the country.
As the only insurer in Poland, KUKE have the right to offer export insurance guaranteed by the State Treasury, which ensures security in trade on high-risk political markets.
KUKE ensure long-term export projects of an investment nature, financed with a loan with a repayment period of two or more years.
Their factoring company KUKE Finance SA finances foreign and domestic receivables under all types of factoring available on the market – with particular emphasis on full factoring, that is, taking over the counterparty’s insolvency risk.

The company was established in 1991 and insures commercial transactions of Polish entrepreneurs in contact with Polish and foreign recipients. As the only company in Poland, it conducts export insurance guaranteed by the State Treasury, ensuring security in trading on high-risk markets.
KUKE operates under the Act of 11 September 2015 on insurance and reinsurance activities and the Act of 7 July 1994 on export insurance guaranteed by the State Treasury.
KUKE operates in the form of a joint-stock company. The company’s shareholders are the State Treasury represented by the Minister of Development (63.31%) and the state Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (36.69%).
In March 2014, the KUKE FINANCE factoring company was established by the Export Credit Insurance Corporation, whose main objective is to help finance domestic and foreign receivables within all types of factoring available on the market.
